Questions you might ask
This is where you can find more detail about how I work, practical things like fees and cancellations, and what to expect from sessions – so you can decide if Youology feels like a good fit for you.
Because our time together is about what makes you, you – how your experiences, brain, body and relationships come together – rather than trying to turn you into someone else. It’s careful, curious work: paying attention to your patterns and needs, how things fit together in your life, and experimenting with what actually helps, so you can move through life with more clarity, self‑trust and choice.
Sessions are collaborative and led by what you need on the day. I’ll offer ideas and structure, but we’ll decide together what feels most useful to focus on.
I draw from schema work, parts‑based approaches, ACT, art therapy and other creative processes, but I don’t use a one‑size‑fits‑all program – we’ll shape the work around your goals, pace, access needs and preferences.
I aim to keep Youology as sensory‑friendly as possible. If you have particular sensory needs (for example around lighting, sound, seating or movement), you’re welcome to let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.
Yes, I offer online sessions as well as in‑person. You’re welcome to meet from your own space via a secure video platform if that feels more accessible or workable for you right now. If you’re in Perth, meeting face‑to‑face for the first session can really help us get a feel for each other, but it’s not essential.
Session fees are $185 for a 50‑minute appointment for private clients and self‑managed NDIS participants. If you are a plan‑managed NDIS participant, please contact Beck to discuss arrangements and invoicing before booking.
To book an appointment, please get in touch via email (hello@youology.com.au) or use the contact form above. If you are comfortable doing so, briefly outline what you’re looking for support with, your general availability, and whether you prefer in‑person or online sessions. You will receive a reply with current openings and next steps.
Life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. In any six‑month period, one late cancellation fee may be waived (“one freebie”) at Beck’s discretion; after that, the usual cancellation fees apply. Your session time is reserved just for you, which is why late cancellations incur a fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the full session fee, and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (or non‑attendance) will be charged the full session fee. If attending in person is difficult, your session can be moved online instead, where possible.
